Bampton Community Archive

         The Bampton Community Archive was created with the aim of collecting and preserving Bampton’s social history, past and present.

               We have a collection of over 3000 photographs, documents and sound and video recordings.  Some of the photographs are very old and the sound and video recordings include present day recollections of the past by some of our older residents.

                We also make DVD recordings of everyday life in the Village as today’s events are tomorrow’s history.
